Tomorrow is my birthday, but I have yet to receive a message to claim my free birthday drink. I have the Vicinity app for Chatime on my phone. How can I redeem my complimentary birthday beverage?

Love their Taiwan Plum with grass jelly. As far as I know, this is the only bubble tea place that offers this flavour.

I love going to the Midland branch. The staff there are very efficient and they know the products very well. Sometimes even if there’s a line up, service is always fast. Unless they’re still cooking the tapiocas but they inform you right away even if it’s only for 5 minutes) when you order so you know how long you should wait or if you want to change your topping. Today when I went in, the senior staff Carol was able to serve the customers while training the two new staff. I got 7 drinks and she even thought of giving me 8 straws just in case I lose one. Highly recommended location!

I order their smoothies on work break. A little pricey but good quality and tasty. One time I spilled a drink because I couldn't open the lid. It's not a regular lid, a piece of plastic sealed on to the cup . This set up may be common to Asians, but to a white guy born in Toronto not so much. But they got me a new one, no complaints. Now I just keep a pen handy to slit a hole into the lid.
