Chatime - Toronto

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and provided quick service. The Thai Bubble Tea I ordered was particularly sweet, and they were generous with the tapioca pearls.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a colleague who works just minutes away, and I couldn't be happier that she did. The bubble milk tea with tapioca here is the best I've ever had. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should!

I absolutely love this Chatime location! The service is always quick and friendly. Whenever I'm craving bubble tea, this is my go-to spot.

This is one of my favourite locations! It’s super convenient for students and working professionals in the area. The staff are really friendly and I’m always impressed by their customer service. Sam made my drink the last time I visited this location and he went above and beyond!! Will be back, thank you Chatime ?

Very rude workers. They got my drink completely wrong and when i asked them to make a new one they laughed at me and said “its just going to taste the same as your other one”. When i got the new drink (it was correct this time) i told them that it was perfect and thanked them. They gave me the dirtiest looks.. definitely not coming back. Own up to your mistake and treat your customers correctly
