Burger King - Toronto

We visited this restaurant yesterday. The food was disappointing, and the service was slow. The washrooms did not have soap, and the cola machine was out of ice. Customers were not provided with tissues unless requested. Some items on the menu were unavailable for delivery.

I ordered takeout poutine from this place, and oh my goodness!! The gravy was extremely salty. It was almost like eating pure salt. I ended up having to throw out the poutines. I would not recommend it.

Extremely slow service.... the staff are indifferent to the food and the customers. It took nearly an hour to receive 2 burgers and fries. The woman ahead of me with 2 young children waited over an hour for 3 burgers. Poor attitude. Despite requesting them, they didn't provide any napkins, and the portions were very small. The large fries came in a large cup with only about 12 small fries. The food was overcooked and overly salty. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

What's going in with the washroom here ? It's alwsys closed. I know it's a bad area full of drug addicts from the crack hotel nearby. But what about customers who need to use the washroom.
