Bubby's Bagels - Toronto

They really opened with a bang, with lines out the door. It is about time someone has opened an authentically Kosher bagel shop in Toronto. The bagels are so tasty and good. My kids who had sworn off bagels kept asking for more. I am so disappointed that they are having mechanical issues. Here's hoping Bubby's bagel reopens soon.

Bubby's Bagels is a wonderful new kosher bagel shop that offers bagels, cream cheese, etc. to take home but also makes wonderful sandwiches, soups, mac and cheese, hash browns, paninis, iced coffee, etc. The bagels are made on site and are truly amazing. The quintessential New York style bagel! The cream cheese is very creamy and not at all like supermarket cream cheese. Your sandwich is made to order, you select your own toppings, and there are quite a few choices. As the shop opens at 7 a.m. they also offer breakfast items like pancakes. A fabulous find.

Good bagels. Lots of options. Pleasant staff. Terrible muffins... skip those. But the bagels are good.

Exceptionally slow, the spreads for homemade bagel spreads was a complete and complete mess. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend it.
