Boston Pizza - Toronto

Decent food and service. Service was okay. Didn't really stand out but everything was as expected so can't complain.

It wasn't bad. It just wasn't good either. This was my first time at a BP. I was by myself, on a Thursday evening. This is a sizable restaurant, but had very few customers when I was there. Food: I ordered a Coffee with Bailey's....They didn't have Bailey's! So it was coffee without Bailey's. The coffee was at that temperature between hot and cold... I guess it's called warm. I never finished it. I ordered the 8oz Strip Loin Steak, medium rare. I find that entree is a hit and miss to begin with, but I took a chance. It came with seasonal vegetables and a choice of sides. There were many side options including potatoes done 4 ways, salad done 3 ways, and spaghetti. I went with the fries. It was a large steak, but to keep it 8oz, it was quite thin. (Just under 1/2 thick. That meant that the medium rare part in the middle was less than 1/8 . Basically, it was a well done steak. I had asked that no seasoning be put on any of the food, but the steak had pepper on it. As for the fries... they tasted like they had been under the warmer for a while. I didn't finish them either. Service: My waitress was always polite. However she never came to ask how my meal was, or to offer me a refill on my coffee. General: I read in earlier reviews that the music was loud. This was not the case anymore. Perhaps they've listened. The restaurant, including the washroom was very clean. A lot of room between tables. Plenty of TV screens, though two screens close together both had the same poker game on them. Would I go back? Probably not. Maybe though, I would try a different BP with the fam, and order pizza.

We decided to try the new calamari app and were vey disappointed. Please bring back the tentacles. It did not taste like any calamari ive ever had. Overall love boston pizzas menu. Can you get bison burgers?

Everything we ate there was good! Pizzas, tacos and salads. Good service, reasonable prices and service. We visite Boston many times.

Great place for lunch very nice staff take care of your needs. lunch is served quickly seating is comfortable
