Bistro Grande Restaurant - Toronto

I decided to give this place a chance after I last visited here 3 years ago.

This restaurant is a great choice for anybody who eats kosher or has issues with food allergies or just simply wants a fabulous dairy meal._I have eaten

The other night a few of us were looking for a place nearby that would let us enjoy a good meal while enjoying the beautiful weather.

Went to this restaurant with two work related colleagues, food was outstanding, very tasty soups, we do not normally order "specials" but the special was a rainbow trout it was made to perfection. desserts are varied and were extremely good. service perfect

We went to this restaurant because one of us was kosher. Honestly, I don't know how a few iceberg leaves and a smattering of red onions topped by feta shavings and some red guck constituted "main course" fare. I said nothing to my companions and, hopefully, they enjoyed their more adequate-looking tuna meals. Afterwards, I thought that the coffee could, at least be good enough. A heart shape formed from the milk fuzz topping my cappuccino, but there was nothing heart-like about the liquid beneath: tepid and with horrible after-taste. For a small cup, I am still having a buzz that is keeping me up past 2am when the drink that I had was prior to 2 pm, more than twelve hours earlier. This restaurant occupies a large space that looks tired, and was, mostly, and understandably, empty. A one-time visit for sure. When one course lunches for three that are barely more than salads, and no one orders drinks and bill is in three figures, there's no way I'd recommend or return...
