My wife and son treated me to a birthday dinner here last night and I loved it.The service team was efficient, informative and so welcoming it was a treat.This experience widened the dynamic satisfaction gap between ordering takeout and dining in a restaurant.Also, IMO one of the best Happy hours in the city (Guinness under $10? !Kid-friendliness: I brought my 5 year old and was not made to feel awkward about it.

The hostess at Bar Neon had a terrible attitude and provided poor service. Despite our excitement to finally visit the restaurant during the nice summer weather, our experience was disappointing. After indicating that we were walk-ins, we were seated at a table near the entrance and informed that we had a time limit of an hour and 45 minutes, which was somewhat understandable but delivered rudely. However, other walk-in guests were led to nicer central tables without being given a time limit. The hostess seemed unpleasant throughout our visit, and we felt sorry for the other servers working under her. Due to this cold welcome, we do not plan to return to Bar Neon.
