Przekaż informację zwrotnąI think this is the first time I’ve given a restaurant on OpenTable a poor rating. Dinner started out fine but then it got strange by dessert. Service sharply declined from being super attentive to non existent. Between our main and dessert, it took 42 minutes to have our dessert come to our table. That is simply not acceptable. He clearly forgot about it. I had to shout at the front reception to get some service after being neglected for exactly 20 minutes. No top up of the sparkling water I ordered and paid for during this period either. Might as well have just left the bottle at the table if you weren’t going to serve it… For a high end restaurant this was terrible. Anyways, I won’t be coming back and I will be telling my friends what a waste of time this place has become.

We were celebrating my friends birthday and what can I say other than a perfect evening. I’ve had some issues before, but we had a wonderful table by the window and more importantly we had Connor. If you have Connor you can’t help but have a perfect night. The food was delicious. The sea scallops was a first try for me and they were amazing and the new sauce on the black cod. Also delicious. I really have nothing else. I can’t wait to go back. Did I mention Connor! 
Food were exceptional. Will definitely come back for the food even though they are PRICY. The service here is terrible I have never experienced service like this before) the dish came up very slow. And for the whole night, our table felt like being ignored. We could not find our server during the dinner. Even we were reached out to other server, they just said yes and ignored our request. When we were ready to leave, we stood at our table and then waited at the entrance for around 10 minutes to get a server to get our jackets back. If these were your service standard, I have no words to say. But if not, I hope the restaurant can train your staff better, otherwise, more customers will left angrily.
Wow! This was a dining experience from start to finish. We loved it and have added AP to our small list of places we will return to regularly. Many “I don’t think I’ve ever tasted ____ before now that I’ve tasted it here” moments!
