If you're craving a delicious gyro in a pita, you can't go wrong with this restaurant located in the Greek neighborhood on the Danforth. The restaurant is stunning with a welcoming atmosphere.
If you haven't heard of this place yet, let me tell you they serve a delicious dish of Slovakian lamb for $24, which is generously sized and worth every penny.
It's the last day of the Taste of Danforth. We had a lot of options to choose a variety of restaurants and street food. We though Anestis would be a nice place to rest and check. Unfortunately and very disappointing, the sandwiches we order Lamb on pita was horrible. It didn't taste good and right. Our server was kind enough to take back the sandwich and replaced with a chicken sandwich. Never enjoyed and I won't recommend any one. The only thing it looks good from outside view. Ismail
The restaurant is not only new it has delicious food but the staff are extremely nice and take care of you. The owner and his wife are great people and out of all the restaurants this is definitely the highlight.
