416 Snack Bar - Toronto

We tried 5 things on the menu and that all were excellent. Prices are very reasonable so you can try a few different items and not break the bank. Love the peach dish, the eggplant sandwich and the watermelon salad! The strawberry tart was awesome! Reminded me of a good strawberry ice cream on a tart.

Stopped by here for a drink bite before drinks. Food was good but nothing special. Worth visiting if you are in the area but no need to travel to eat here.

Stopped at first because it was open air with the front windows removed this Saturday, and although they are a bar we did not drink but water. We tried the dim sum and korean fried chicken. Both were excellent and just the mouth explosion we needed. Black painted walls reminded me of a dungy college bar but who cares? Staff knew the food well and were professional. Go here for a appetizer portion of your day.

Hit gick vi för att fira äldsta dotterns födelsedag. Restaurangen har ett ruffigt utseende och de spelar ganska hög musik, lite väl högt enligt oss. Men maten är väldigt, väldigt god och uppväger den bullriga miljön. Rätterna påminner om tapas så man får beställa några stycken för att bli mätt. Fisken vi bland annat beställde var så god att vi beställde in en till.

My partner and I were looking for somewhere to go for some appies and drinks after seeing a show. He had found this place, and we decided to go. What a great decision! The restaurant/bar was small, and super busy given that it was after 10:30 on a Tuesday night. The server found a small table for us, with no waiting. The service is some of the best we've gotten in years! The guy serving us was fantastic! He came and took our drink order, so we looked over the menu, completely undecided (everything sounded so good!) He brought us our drinks and asked if we'd ever been there before, we said no, we're from out of town. He then asked if anything jumped out at us, or would we like him to pick some plates for us. We gave him free range to pick. We were not disappointed. This guy knew what he was talking about! He picked 6 dishes for us, each one even tastier then the last! I would definitely recommend that if you have time in Toronto, go here! You will not be disappointed!
