Pizza Nova - Toronto Canada

We ordered a large mushroom pizza (thin crust) and a veggie lover (regular crust). Service was quick for pick up. They didn't have any coke so we had to choose from the remaining beverage options. But the pizza was good

Ridiculous staff. I went it to order a pizza, while at counter, I asked them where’s the washroom I would like to use it for a minute to wash hands before having a meal which is a most basic thing.And they said they don’t have a washroom. Lol.I left and went to Pizza Nova on the other side of the road.

Think these guys need to learn the art of cooking, let alone making a pizza. A bit well done. Least it was piping hot though! Had eat most of it myself as the family weren 't wanting it as it was 'burnt '.

We place the order at 10:32pm, the ticket says that the pizza was ready at 10:53pm but the pizza’s arrived at 12:05am both pizzas cold, the manager at the store blamed the driver and the driver blamed the store…

Are you kidding me? This is the pizza I received. It tasted like ash, no taste whatsoever. Stop rushing your orders, please.
