Customer service online is awful. Got a hair in my food and reached out with no resolution. Won’t be coming back.
First time I've been to a subway in 5+ years. Prices were definitely higher than I expected but not astronomical. I got the custom vegetable sandwich meal and the person serving me was getting trained but did a good job, especially for having to deal with someone who had no idea what they were doing while ordering.Their lemonade was out when I was there but they had tea, the fountain drinks, and some options in the cooler for beverages.Very clean inside and smelled like the food which was pleasant.Vegetarian options: Not a ton of options, but they have the custom footlong (or half foot) sandwich that you can get vegetables as the protein option. They seem to switch gloves occasionally if you are worried about them touching the meat at the same time, but like all deli style serving, there is always a chance of a bit falling in as they move. It all looked clean and didn't have a lot of overflow but if you are very strict/have an allergy it might be safer to avoid.
