This is the worst location I've ever been to! The service is terrible and extremely slow, even when it's not busy. There were four baristas, and while all the tables received their drinks, some customers were left waiting. I ordered a matcha latte through the mobile app 20 minutes in advance, but my order took forever. When I inquired about it, all four baristas responded with annoyed looks. They are completely unfriendly and provide horrible service!

I frequently order DoorDash from this restaurant to my workplace, and I’ve noticed that they often forget to include a straw with my order, which I think is quite reasonable since I usually get a Frappuccino. It’s frustrating because I have to drink it directly from the opening in the lid. This isn't a one-time issue; it has happened multiple times. I really wish they would address this problem. After reading some reviews, it seems I'm not the only one experiencing delivery issues with this location.

I stopped by for a quick snack, and Elizabeth was wonderful! I had a great experience and enjoyed some fantastic drinks!

Very few parking spots. No street parking. Limited in-house seating can be improved. Very nice, friendly service. Visited during rush hour.

Their staff is always focused on providing the best service experience. Great place to socialize and have coffee with snacks.
