The service is terrible. the server are not friendly at all and very rude. her washroom is in an unpleasant place and I couldn't find it. When I asked a second time, the girl repeated the exact same vagen instructions in the grunde, only in a firmer annoying ton? I asked for a child menu for my son, and the server said we have no physical, I will only tell them what we have. why not create and print a menu with details and pictures? the kinder dishes also do not come with a drink and it was $4 for a apple juice that was much too much juice for a 5 year old. my son has a cheeseburger and hated him. he finished the patty because he said it was rough, and ate the bungalow with cheese, mayo and ketchup. they also forgot the cheese, it was literally just a patty and a bun. my son said the waitress, he wanted ketchup, mayo and pickles (lol) on his burger, he has nothing. only some packages of ketchup /mustard /relish on the page. when I told the server that the cheese was missing and he didn't get his mayo, she didn't apologize and she seemed upset: there are also no salt and pepper shakers on the table. the music is ridiculously loud until my 5 years old was to cover his ears. the only reason we came here was that we wanted a quick bite after ripleys and before our long trip to brampton. I had the Greek chicken salad and it was good. the restaurant is in a great location, but there must be some new server rent and give the place a good cleaning.

Came with some friends before a leaf game here. the tables were quickly filled out as it is quite the popular spot pre- and post games, but we had lucky to sneak a few seats along the bar. carly, the bar manager, was quick to welcome us and let the drinks flow immediately. she was kind and helped us to be pumped for the game. the drinks were cold, eating was hot. we share the chicken quesadilla and thai chicken bites would suggest! I would recommend hoops for anyone who wants a fun time before a game!

Test this place before the sheet game. so unorganized! huge line up. When we came in, there were many tables open, only nobody cleansed or sits fast enough. the jalapeños poppers and the calamari. poppers and I guess we are not so bad, but the calamari was so bad! super think and chew! as if you had to fight to chew it. brutal! I will say, and this is the reason why I gave 2 stars is that the waitress was a doll and noticed that we did not eat it and asked what was up. we explained it was terrible and she took it back. we then ordered the spicy chicken nachos, they were not spicy, had hardly a bun on them and a small amount of cheese. I even asked for extra cheese! tricolour afteros it said not only a color afteros. How hard is it to make nachos? this place is small and so scratched! they take no reservations like any other place around the arena! Obviously there is the possibility to make shops here! I was there with a customer when I pulled out a lot of customers. very embarrassing to say at least! that was by far the worst place I had for a long time. whoever the manager is here must get a grip! terrible experience!

Great staff! carly served us, she was great and had a great personality. she treated stress well and didn't rush us out. everyone is so welcoming and friendly. such a passionate group. one of the best experiences I had in toronto when I visited new york was at hoops!

I had an absolutely great experience at Hoops. The staff make you feel really welcome and are very attentive. The bartender Carly, was on point, friendly and so quick with service. This is definitely a place you want to go to for any sports event- there are tvs everywhere and the environment is awesome!
