The food is really fine. Recently, however, I found a long black hair in my burger, which was not a reason for me to flee. Burger was taken away at home when I took him out of Drive In. However, and what is also the reason for my review, the services become ever more rude. In the conversation they are more than short bound. A “Hello” and “Tschüss” or “beautiful day” hardly exists anymore. I had recently had a lady at the counter who had no knowledge of German at all. If there is no problem to hire people who don't speak German, just please don't put them to the Drive In Switch. You two parties do a favor. And today I was served at the Drive In Switch by a (both new), blonde, young service. After receiving the order, the woman showed me to the window, looked at me and gave me styling to know that I should put her in the hand before she gives the drink out. We haven't changed a single word all the time. In the end, she just pulled the window. I don't know if I just expect too much of the ladies, with the gentlemen who work there, I've never had problems before. I am also not interested in great conversation with people here, but every person who works with people in a public profession, especially in sales, has to be able to make a reasonable customer conversation. I myself worked in sales and it would be more than embarrassing to ask a customer to put money in my hand. After all, we're not monkeys. Would be really cool if you would support and teach the new workers before you let them go to the customers.
