It is not only a bakery, it is a place where every day you find a different quality of bread, always very original and suitable for every type of palate. The flour used is certainly of excellent quality, otherwise they could not bake such tasty and light loaves. Also the grissini are of different type and very tasty. Desserts, pizzas, salts, brioches, some bottles of wine and particular oil, etc.. I suggest to try to taste the products of this bakery, created and managed by artists of the oven who work with passion and dedication... and we know how much effort and sacrifice.

If you pass through Corso Regina, near the crossing with Via Vanchiglia, there is a bakery, at 45, which will delight you. Discovered by chance, a morning in which I had to buy bread, became my (and that of friends) fixed stage for the goodness and quality of the bread that bakes every morning. This oven produces only bread and bread, both homemade bread and special bread. The bread is fragrant, delicious, which invites you to eat again...then look to those who decided to diet, because this bread is hardly resisted. The pizzas and the grissini are also good. Not at the height of the bread instead the few brioche it does, if you look for the dessert... In fact, apart from the panettoni or doves, in season periods, the cookies and similar ones are more disappointing, but on the other hand here is produced Pane and not pastries.. Try it, both it will be, and the French baguette (nothing to do with that oltr 'Alpe), and the one with the berries or the classic Turin biova and do not remain disappointed. Recommended... if you worship the bread and even if you eat it only occasionally.
