For a quick healthy takeaway and cooked at the moment, between one lesson and the other, I tried this gastronomy in via Santa Giulia. A few steps from the university and therefore comfortable and central. From the outside the place is not distinguished, it is located on the sidewalk and is marked only by an external red curtain with the name of the gastronomy. On a board there are the main dishes of the day but inside there is then something more. The interior is a dark and disturbing clutch, not too many seats. Small glass but the dishes look good and are well presented. You can see that it was prepared all day and fresh foods. Very kind staff and attentively responds to customer requests. Not too wide the choice of recipes that are however few but good and original. The prices of course are not among the lowest and perhaps also an excessive clutch for the contours but it is understandable for the care And lightness in taste and flavors. No excess dressing, not greased, no unpleasant notes, all super light, natural, healthy, well cooked and digestible. Nothing exclatating, but a good stop.
