Even though it is primarily a fish restaurant... I went and ordered the meat dishes. And they give the meat tremendous. I didn't try antipasti. The plins were intensely flavored and the meat sauce was obligatory. The cheeks in wine… tender, juicy and filling. White from Langhe and Nebbiolo from Alba to pair. Welcoming service. Beautiful and chic room. Quiet and local atmosphere. It's not cheap, but top quality.

We chose the Experience menu and it was a great choice! Very tasty dishes and choice of matching wine, very welcome. Very friendly staff, professional but also friendly, never exceeding in confidence.

New Year's dinner between friends (7 people) I would like to congratulate the staff of the restaurant, since it has been particularly friendly and able to welcome us at the best in the hotel.
