Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe waited 30 minutes then were told that our entree fell on the floor and we were not given a chance to choose something else, they basically forced us to eat what they proposed because the kitchen was closing. The chicken tikka was still raw...in the middle. The Kashmiri rice was aweful, they basically added alot of sickly sweet freeze-dried fruit to the rice which could ruin your teeth. The servers didnt care to check on us and the food was no where close to authentic indian cuisine.
I guess the food is tailored to French liking. It was very bland. But since the restaurant was full at weekend with waiting times of 15 minutes or more, seems like local population likes it.
This Indian was mediocre. The food was of average price, maybe a little higher than usual, and when reflected against the quality of food it wasn 't worth it. The service was poor, the waitresses took their time and had the snooty approach you often receive...as a foreigner who can 't speak the local language. This was surprising given that it is in a commercial complex of restaurants with at least 3 hotels just around the corner and a 10 minute train ride from Disney. Anyway, they served us slowly and weren 't friendly. We just ordered something between us as it was late and just wanted a small meal as we would be going to bed soon after, don 't think they appreciated that we wanted to share a meal. The naan bread was small and quite burnt. They could not provide any of the curries on the menu as vegetarian. I have never experienced an Indian, one of the best cuisines that cater for us veggies, to not have 'vegetable ' as an option alongside beef, chicken, pork, prawn etc. for each curry. We could only have the limited vegetarian options, of which we were almost told to have 'vegetable curry ', which didn 't say what type it was, what it was cooked with or how spicy it would be. It was the most bland curry we 've ever had. Really poor veg of green beans, peas and other small bits of baby food mush. No tomato, onion, potato or cauliflower, again very basic staple ingredients in most Indian food we have had (all around the world). Is this the French take on Indian? Not too sure. There were two guys sat upon a table in the window playing live authentic Indian music, which was different and pleasant. However, the tables were really packed in and if it had been busier we would have been eating with other people. It was quiet considering it was New Years Day. It was what it was, if you 're on holiday and want a convenient curry (and you 're a meat eater) then it 's ok.
