The London Fryer - Torbay

Excellent takeaway (saw diners have great table service too). Customer service was lovely. It seemed like the team had really efficient communication which meant we didn't wait long for food at all. Haddock was freshly fried and delicious. Mushy peas were sweet and green rather than the usual salty grey pot you get elsewhere. Large chips were a super portion for 2 adults and a child to share!

Best fish and chips ! In a long time and the resturant so friendly ! Couldn’t do enough for you toilets spotless ! Fish plentiful I had a child’s portion and struggled to eat it all after a long Walk across the beach a prefect pit stop !

Had takeaway delivered from here and was not impressed at all. The fish tasted like it had been kept warm for ages and was chewy, as was the batter around it. Chips weren't that great either. I've had chips from here from the shop to takeaway in the past too, and I have to say I'm not that impressed given the prices and how they advertise themselves. There are much better fish and chips to be had across the bay.
