Well done the staff worked so hard with the crowds and in such heat, as we are in the middle of a heat wave. Bearing this in mind I think that Simon the young owner could address his staff a bit more politely as I noticed while I was in the queue he did not. To be honest I would of downed tools and walked out. Keep up the good work staff well done
Awful. Burger was so oily it slipped right out the bun. Was very tasteless, and the tomato wasn’t even a nice fresh slice, it was just the rounded skin edge which I threw away straight away. Soft drinks were warm. The food unit is run by really young girls who aren’t even the friendliest or seem like they’ve had much experience training at all. I’d avoid this restaurant if I go again.
I would have given this place zero stars if possible so definitely not worth the one star I have given. We waited ages for our food to be cooked, then when we did receive it, it was so burnt we couldn't eat it. When I complained they re-cooked the food only for it to be almost as bad as the first attempt I would not recommend and definitely would not use again. We are very regular visitors to Paignton and based on my experience of eating out in Paignton I would rate this as the worse place to eat
