Bay Spice - Torbay

Eating came in good time, began to eat and saw what looked like a tomato skin that turned out to be a piece of hard sharp plastic. the article could have cut the neck on the inside. the firma called them to inform them, although apologetic. there is nothing they can do so that I go without dinner and we will certainly not order from there again. if you decide to order here check your food!

Take fantastic, first time we ordered ourselves on the line. they did not charge us a delivery fee. but I would like to pay for it next time. excellent eating.

Came across this restaurant by accident after visiting the model village at Babbacombe. Very good menu and a very warm welcome from a very friendly lady ,who really went the extra mile to help everyone.I had the mixed methi which was delicious and a good...portion.My three other friends also had other dishes which were equally as good.We had a very nice evening and even the chef came out to see how we enjoyed our meals.

Unfortunately we were not impressed. We have always used this restaurant and we were very disappointed in the time we had to wait as the order was the wrong one and had to call up to explain which took a while and then the second...one was correct but we had to wait over hours in total!! The food turned out OK but we were so hungry we didn't care and it was not brilliant for what we paid and we won't be using them again because as regular customers we have had a few bad experiences with them which is a real shame. We would use again if they appreciated our custom but the whole evening was spoilt and we wasted so much time and money and it made us very stressed

From us had pre-booked the restaurant, from beginning to end of the experience was terrible, the service was appalling, that was eating was from a bad standard, the orders were all clogged, it took two and a half hours to get our food, which on cold plates, the warming tablets were not lit, the rice came ten minutes before the main course. total catastrophe.
