Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I have to follow a gluten-free diet, and this is the only pizza place in town that offers a safe option for me. They only have one size available, and it's a very thin, cracker-like crust. I prefer thick crust and deep-dish pizza, but I haven't found any place that makes those anymore, especially not with a gluten-free crust. If they had the type of crust I enjoy, this would have easily been a five-star experience.

The restaurant was quite busy during our visit. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. To our surprise, they brought us three pizzas instead of the two we had ordered. When we requested artichokes on just half of one of the pizzas, the staff member seemed confused and asked for assistance. We went ahead and paid and continued to wait. Once we got home and cooked the pizzas, they turned out to be delicious. However, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that they had charged me for a third pizza with half of it listed as having no artichokes. The next day, I returned to the restaurant, but it was closed. I noticed there were still employees inside, so I knocked on the door. A girl and a guy opened the door, listened to my situation, and let me in. The girl then processed a refund for one of the pizzas. I wish I knew her name so I could express my gratitude once more. Overall, I left as a happy customer!

The customer service at the Tooele location in specific is very poor, I believe you should either retrain or fire every last one of them. I could care less if this location went out of business. With the way they treat their customers they should. Great pizza none the less

When company arrives either from California, Virginia, Texas, or New Mexico, the first thing they want me to do, is order a family size delite gourmet thin crust pizza artichoke/Chick the Mediterranean sun dried tomatoes for them! I have to admit they are my favorites as well!

I ordered two pizzas: a specialty cowboy pizza and a pepperoni. However, my wife ended up picking up two pepperoni pizzas instead. The real issue was the customer service; they became defensive and spoke condescendingly to us. Long story short, after hearing their remarks, I have no intention of picking up a pizza from there again. To make it even more amusing, our order number was 13359276763217921. This was my first time returning in about 4-5 years, and I had sworn it would be my last time then. So, once again, it's definitely never again!
