Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Terrible customer service. They screwed up 1 of 5 pizzas I bought, I got home and realized there was nothing on it at all. They wouldn't prepare a new one unless I brought back the incorrect one (which wasn't possible) and they refused to give my money back. Only offer was a 50% off coupon for next time. When company arrives either from California, Virginia, Texas, or New Mexico, the first thing they want me to do, is order a family size delite gourmet thin crust pizza artichoke/Chick the Mediterranean sun dried tomatoes for them! I have to admit they are my favorites as well!

The customer service at the Tooele location in specific is very poor, I believe you should either retrain or fire every last one of them. I could care less if this location went out of business. With the way they treat their customers they should. Great pizza none the less

Tooele papa murphy’s, all those employees are nothing but ignorant! no good customer service at all, all very impolite besides one of the employees, i have nothing good to say. besides, the pizza is good yeah, i’ll give that, but, if you do not like your job why work there? we got nothing but attitude from them.
