Great spot in Tonapah. The staff was friendly, prompt and was checking on us during the visit. Incredible to see how friendly and welcoming everyone are. The menu has a lot of options but chose egg Benedict which was great. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
Ordered the chorizo omelette breakfast. You DEFINITELY get your monies worth plus more. I was only able to finish 1/2 my breakfast while sitting in the restaurant. I brought the rest home for a reheat the following morning. Their red salsa is MAGNIFICENT!! Great taste and flavorful.Parking: Parking is easily filled during breakfast hours, everydayWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right next to front door.
Best place to stop by for breakfast when driving up to Tahoe. Top notch service that makes you feel at home and food was made to order hot and fresh
I'm going to be honest, I went there as a stop for breakfast as I went to explore Tonopah. This restaurant had to be the weirdest building I have ever stepped in. The driveway is a dirt road up a small hill, and the the restaurant itself has multiple uneven floors, and thats just the start. I did look at the reviews here on yelp, and was excited to try this place, but I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a sample plate, with eggs, sausage, ham and bacon. My bacon was cooked, but very chewy, the sausage links looked like they were boiled and not fried, and the ham had very little grill or fried pan marks. The only thing good were my eggs and hashbrown's. I also ordered a potato pancake instead of a buttermilk pancake, and even that was under cooked and it was still raw in the middle. Ladies stay away from the bathroom. The stalls have no lock's on them. I did tip my waitress well. It was not her fault the cook may have had a bad hour or 2. My friend's meal looked better than mine did and tasted better. Honestly, I should have stucked with my instincts and gone to the Mizpah for breakfast.
