She kept giving the employee next to her the these idiots look when my disabled mother was asking questions. People are not ignorant of these things, especially if they are service workers like me and my partner. Before judging others for their questions, look in the mirror yourself. At least my mother doesn 't look dim like you do. Won 't be back, rather go to Eudora.
Customer service could be better. Depending on who is working some give more meat then others. when I'm paying the prices for these subs put meat on them!
About 50% of the time my family eats here we all get very upset stomachs. It would also be nice to take advantage of the BOGO offers online but can’t because they turn online ordering off when they have them and the offers are only online. Went in tonight and asked if they could do it in store and they said no. They had no orders. No customers. It was 8:00 pm and they didn’t close until 10. Why offer the specials if the staff can’t handle them? Much much busier locations have no problem offering the online deals with the same amount of staff. I tried take out but they wouldn’t let me so zero stars there, didn’t get anything because they wouldn’t let me order, did spend any amount per person because we couldn’t, can’t recommend anything because we couldn’t order
I am disgusted. I went in and waited for 20 mins just to be asked what I wanted to order because there were 3 online orders ahead of the people ordering in front of me in the store. It was hot, dirty, and flies were everywhere. Flies were getting all over the sandwiches and the workers were not even trying to shew them away from the sandwiches. I decided to throw away my sandwich because I’m afraid I will get food poisoning over how hot the place was and with the perishable items sitting there. If anyone had gotten food poisoning please let me know what ingredients you got on your sandwich. Thanks. Do not come here expecting a good sandwich.
Stood in line to order. Jessica removing bread out of the oven, stopped to help the girl at the register, helped an online order, and then took online orders started making them. Never looked at us, no, I'll be right with you...Do better. Lost a sale today that would have hung in there with a simple greeting.
