Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

TH locations are very consistent. I am really surprised by the number of them on Niagara Falls Blvd. Donuts are a 7 out of 10 in size and quality. It's a chain, so remember as McDonald's cheeseburger. It will be the same at all places. Coffee, not my wishes, but I hear wonderful compliments from others. I don't care about fast food coffee or Starbuck's price. TH locations are always busy and they are a large part of the community. I appreciate her, but if I had a choice, I'd look for something less like a chain and more like a small company.

Another one my favorite hortons family right down the road from Erie and Niagara falls Blvd they are located at creekside and NF Blvd you can grab a coffee, tea, snack enjoy the park with your pets or nice stroll on the bike path there down along the canal. Nice spacious layout and the hortons family here is just as friendly. Enjoy

Through the drive thru and the line moved quickly and my order was immediately changed food: 5/5

Doors were locked with customers inside and no employee opened the door. Not the first time this happened. Would never go back here.

Horrible customer service. Staff was very rude even though I was very nice and patient with them. They put my orders in different places and I did not realize that so I waited at the spot where the finished orders were. I ordered two drinks and food. My food was given to me at the spot where the orders came out. I was waiting for my drinks since I didn’t get them yet, and staff asked me what I was waiting on. I told her what I was waiting for and she then proceeds to rudely point me to one of my drink that was set on top of the counter at the register. I then went back to wait for my second drink patiently and staff rudely asked what I was still waiting for and told her peer if she made “my coffee because she doesn’t know why I’m still there” with an attitude. Then the peer that she was talking to yelled “I only have to hands” towards me. Before and during the whole situation I was patiently waiting and continued to stay calm. I never once rushed them or gave them problems about my orders because I understood how busy they were. I usually don’t write reviews but the way these two staff behaved towards me today was very rude and disrespectful. I will definitely never go there again!
