Little Caesars Pizza - Tonawanda

The branch manager Emily is over unprofessional. She's very disastrous for her employees. The assistant manager (a gentleman with curly hair) tried to correct a problem with a customer because food was made incorrect and she cried him to compensate the customer. He told him the store didn't deserve money and he can't do that. Before customers and on to say it and even faced customers with saying three pizzas is a lot to replace $15 value of food. Wow, if that's not a way to get a customer, never come back. It must be safely demoted and informed of customer service and promote the young man who solved a problem.

For the price of the product it is great. It is thin pizza nothing really special about it, but it is cost-effective and tastes good

I have this lot of pepperoni pizza.... was not too good at first, but once it got cold omg, it was good... I don't like many peppermints... my wife has it 4 I'll get it again hahahahaha

Very nice! There was a small problem with my online order given to the wrong person. I had to wait a little longer, but the staff was great! Especially the manager or assistant manager (I think) on layer! She was very nice and made sure that my order was completed in time and everything was there! She helped me at the door and got the drink. They were very punctual, nice and the food was great!

It was horrible. I was having trouble placing my order and I asked for help at the location and was told they could not help me with an online order. I had a promotion from T-Mobile. They could not have been less helpful if they tried. So I left and if I ever get another promotion, I will delete it as quick as it shows up. Location on Sheridan at Eggert, BTW.
