Little Kusina - Toms River

After a long week of work, I decided to treat myself to some Filipino food on a Friday night, not feeling like cooking and lacking ingredients at home. I called just a few minutes before heading out to see if they had any dishes that would satisfy my cravings. The man who answered the phone was very accommodating and set aside two large containers for me, assuring me they would be ready when I arrived. When I got there shortly after, everything was perfectly prepared, and I ended up picking a few more dishes as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Andrew is not just an exceptional cook, but also a treasure trove of knowledge about Filipino culture and cuisine. We spent 40 minutes chatting with him about his beautiful homeland and his upbringing. It's clear that a great cook truly cares about the quality of the food they serve! He encouraged us to sample his dishes to ensure we enjoyed our choices, and I can honestly say that we wanted everything we tasted! After living in Florida for the past eight years, I can confidently say that you won’t find more authentic, delicious, and healthy Filipino dishes anywhere in the area. Thank you, Andrew, for everything. Until we meet again!

The pancit, picadillo, and curry chicken are excellent!

The lady at the desk was friendly. I highly recommend this place if you want delicious, affordable Filipino food.
