Kyoto - Toms River

This is undoubtedly one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Jersey. I've tried many, but this one stands out with its excellent fresh food. The dishes aren't overly greasy — they use all white meat chicken and don’t overload on bread. Plus, the staff is very friendly! If you're looking to place an order, this is the place to go!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is consistently polite. I've tried a variety of dishes, but the roasted duck is definitely my favorite!

This is my favorite restaurant! I used to take just a minute to get to a closer place, but now I prefer the drive to come here. It's worth it!

My family and I were on a flight path and stopped in this place. The place was really big. Even when we left, there was an event there. The food was really good. My family ordered a lot of sushi and all were good, I'm not sure they ordered. Although, I remember her emptying, which was one of my favorite assistants.

07/24/2021: Take-out again for dinner: Excellent. We go to Chang Wang for take-out almost every week. Their food quality is consistently excellent! Counter service ALWAYS friendly. 11/10/2019: UPDATE. Ordered take-out again today and last week too. Food at Chang Wang is consistently good! I am glad to live near this restaurant. Well Done!!! Thank you. ed...........10/06/2018: This must be at least my 12th take-out from Chang Wang. Finished dinner a while ago and EVERY dish was great. I think Chang Wang has got to be the best take-out in the Toms River area. We've tried others and its once forget it. Great Job Chang Wang!
