I tried to explain to them that I commanded in the app. language barrier at this place is worse then amazon. if I hadn't run late, I would have kept the line longer to get the rest of my order that somehow wasn't delivered. sad, but not serious

Just ordered through the mobile app at this location specifically put NO CHEESE on the egg wrap as I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Like you could kill someone by your negligence. Pay attention. Everything had cheese on it. Go somewhere else.
The staff on duty this morning, July 2, 2022, were incredibly rude. We ordered two different iced coffees with cream and liquid sugar, but neither drink came with any sugar or flavor, to be honest. We also asked for a Dunkin' Energy Punch, and at first, they told us they didn’t have it. After we explained how to make it, they still managed to mess it up, and we ended up having to make it ourselves. While that's not a huge issue, when we requested a large cup, the workers rolled their eyes at us. To top it off, all the employees were staring at us through the window with judgmental looks on their faces. If I could give them -10 stars, I absolutely would!
