Would give zero stars if it was optional. I’m all up for supporting local businesses. But not when the restaurant doesn’t show/return the same hospitality. It definitely lacks hospitality. Spoke to Francisco and explained that I had purchased a $40 gift certificate for someone for Christmas but still had the receipt explained that I had accidentally tossed that gift certificate on the fire while burning Christmas boxes. I asked Francisco if there was anyway he could pull the transaction considering I still had the receipt of purchase in hand and ask if he could kindly write me out a new gift certificate. I also ask if I could bring the receipt in, get a $40 refund and purchase another gift certificate. The answer was No! He tells me he is unable to use this exact date/time printed on my receipt to review the transaction and proceeds to tell me that he needs the on the gift certificate instead (that is now ashes and I have no way to recover). So, I proceeded to say, “So, you basically just made $40 from me because the gift certificate won’t ever be utilized.” His response: “Yes I did!”Yes, I get it….I made the mistake here by accidentally burning the gift certificate. But the fact that Francisco made zero effort to make it right and used poor management skills by basically saying to me “yes I did just make $40 off of you” shows me just what type of business this is!!! I would honestly hate to lose loyal customers over $40. Therefore, I will spread the word about my personal experience. Know that your management skills experiences just like this one also cause your business to lose some of your most loyal customers!

I would not come her for your Mexican experience. I used to always come here but the Food has became bland and portion sizes have went way down, of course prices have went up over time as wells I got a to-go order that got messed up, drove 30 minutes to my house to realize it’s messed up, and they try to accuse my of lying about my order, and demand I bring my food back to the business, who’s gonna be closing by the time I get there, and told me if I didn’t bring the messed up order back, they weren’t gonna do anything about it. Tried accusing me of lying about my order being wrong?! Also adds a surcharge for to-go orders to help pay for their Togo containers? Wow. That’s not how a business or person should be running. I will go to a different Mexican restaurant or a different city before I EVER go back.
