Shipley Do-nuts - Tomball

The donuts and kolaches are fine but when the drive through attendant is so rude and flat out unfriendly it makes me never want to come back. I could not believe how rude she was.

Shipley donuts are unmatched. And I’ve always had great service at this location and love that it’s nearby my house. But it seems like a consistent issue is that they run out of glazed blueberry cake donuts. Like almost every time I’m there. I think they could do a better job anticipating how much of the they’re going to sell. If it’s past a certain time on the weekend I won’t even bother because I know they’ll be out.

Need to listen and understand what customers are requesting. Donut are good service could use improvement.

I love this place so does George who is 98 yrs. Young I ask for fresh hot glazed donuts. They are yummy!
