Chef Michael is great! When we were looking for a wedding companion, I had low expectations. Is that food? I thought it all tastes the same and everything? Boy, I was wrong! On our wedding day the food was absolutely delicious! We loved everything, but above all the main rib and the zucchini and squash casrole! On the day we received compliments from even our picky when the guests, my men New Jersey-Italian family. For them compliments about food are extremely high praise! Chef Michael also worked with me in detail to ensure that all our guests had a meal they could enjoy. Vegetarians, gluten-free and milk-free guests enjoyed food as well as any other guest! Chef Michael is a big catererer and a very nice person. We were very impressed!

Michael and his team were amazing. He has a menu selection to the point that my cousin and I both used it for our weddings and do not overlap with our menus at all. Our tasting with him was probably one of the most fun parts of wedding planning. He was also great care to my husband and me by serving us individually at our wedding and grabbed us a box of our food (which we ate immediately after the wedding). We loved our experience at the Master Chef!

Michael and his team at Master Chef did an amazing job for our wedding catering at the Gallery! He was so flexible with all things including the menu, us making our final selections, and all things COVID. He did a wonderful tasting for us and made some amazing suggestions. Many of our guests complimented us on the food (specifically the mac and cheese that we had) which is always a great feeling and a testament to his work.
