Burger King - Tomball

I am a breakfast lover, and this BK location is my favorite breakfast spot. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I have other BK locations closer to my house, but I drive a few extra minutes to come to this location. Breakfast lunch or dinner, they never disappoint. Biscuit and croissants are great EVERY time.

I’ve been getting the snap wraps here since they came out. I noticed the price was inconsistent. It’s always either $2 or $2.99. When I brought to the lady’s attention she said it was because I added pickles. I then told her that I add pickles every time and even if I did get charged for pickles an extra dollar is insane. She wasn’t very kind.

The guy at the drive thru I’m not sure his name and I hate to put it like this but the African American guy was rude! I don’t need to be talked to in any special manner other than respectfully but every response of his was filled with unnecessary attitude.

I have made 2 separate attempts ordering on the BK app, and both orders were the same and incomplete. Double Whopper with Bacon and Cheese med. Fries, Diet coke, and Hershey chocolate pie. BK would not refund or cancel the first order. They only would give me a $10 off coupon for my next purchase. The second time I ordered, the order was incomplete again. Both times, I miss the diet coke and Hershey chocolate pie. So this time, I returned the order with the driver because I didn't want another $10 off coupon. I am now having to fight to get a refund and get the order canceled. I am done with Burger King and will not be ordering from Burger King anymore ?Update 03/07/2024 they said they can not refund my money or refund my $10 off coupon. They got the food returned and keeping my money.

This place sucks. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to order. The guy didn’t have his mic off and was saying he needed another bump of that crystal.
