Tàn Huǒ Shāo Ròu Qīng Shān Jiàng

以前、頂いた時は物凄く美味しかったです。 ですが今回は正直ダメでした。 シャトーブリアンはドリップしていて、脂身も臭く不味かったです。 他のお肉も、以前は焼いてそのまま美味しく頂きましたが、今回はタレ付きで焼いた後もタレを付けて食べないと美味しくなかったです。 鮮度の悪い肉をタレで誤魔化しているような気がしました。 肉以外の物とホルモンは美味しかったです。 あと、単品メニューが減り、減ったメニューはコースを頼まないと頂くことが出来なくなったのが非常に残念です。 すごく楽しみにしていた分ガッカリしました。 また、利用したいと思っておりますのでその時は、美味しいお肉を提供してください。

Has not expected such a beautiful yakiniku in a small city (tomakomai) and the price is appropriate. most of the Yakiniku restaurant in japan often serves raw meat with diving sauce. this place that serves the meat is pre-married, and it was delicious (I eat only with washabi). the owner said that this is osaka style, and they use the hokkaido wagyu beef, the less oily the meat tastes game tenderness. we ordered 2 different types of ox tongue (us thick ochsenzunge Japanese ochsenzunge). the US oxenium is barbecue with the lemon that is soft fleshy, and the Japanese ochsenzunge is crispy chewing gum. the Wagyu cow, bark meat kinen, the lamp sluice and bark meatsushi are delicious. it is however a bit too hot to have yakiniku during the summer time.

ダナの誕生日に訪れました。値段は高めでしたが、記念日にはもう一度訪れたいお店です。店内は清潔で、スタッフは親切で、炭火焼も良かったです。おすすめします。ごちそうさまでした。

美味しいですが、お高めです。また、肉の種類によってはこれでもかというくらい胡椒と塩がかかっていて、拭わないと食べられないものがあります。折角いいお肉なので、塩と胡椒は控えめにしていただけると助かります。

肉質が良くてとても美味しかったです店員の接客態度も良好でした。
