I was really excited to get a recommendation to check silver birch. I was disappointed. the cheese curds and duck camps were both very good. the filet mignon was perfectly cooked, but lacked taste. I shouldn't have been hitting a steak with s.

What a northwoods treasure Loved everything about it. I was celebrating my birthday and really enjoyed the food Steak was perfect the Chef/owner is really talented. We had the steak with shrimp I had a baked potato (very good) with my dinner and husband had the wild rice He liked the wild rice a lot. It came with a nice salad plate The staff were very good. Beverly was our waitress and she was very attentive. We dined out on the deck and it was a perfect night. I'll be back!!

Food, drinks and staff are spot on. You can tell it is all family and pationate about their place.

Their new menu is fantastic. I always enjoy my food and experience at Silver Birch when up in the northwoods!

The food was quite exquisite, the ice cream drink was superb, and don't get me started on the caramelized onion dip. Everything was great until my server started being a little mean. I'm pretty sure her name was rae, when I tipped her $5 she said she deserved more and told me to kill myself.
