As my wife told me, the Kabrito was excellent, although a somewhat reduced size. I ordered a baked beef because I'm not really in Kabrito, and it was good. The supplement (salad) came without dressing and I had to ask for it. Service is very good. The restaurant has a high ceiling and no heating (at least not when we were there). During this period of the year the nights are quite crispy. So don't forget warm clothes! Plenty of space available.
My favorite dish of Mexico. Barbacue goats, but it's not like we expect it to be in the states. It is different prepared, but they call it barbacue. This is located on the highway between Toluca and Mexico City. It's the second time we were here. When we first stopped, it was by far the best I ever had. It is to be found in the city, but I think it is more traditional in the Toluca region. There are also some great places in the city. If you never eat goats, I suggest trying. I also do not think you can find it in the border cities of Mexico and the USA. Going with it is simply exceptional. It is a great experience and the decor is also great. Make sure you get out of the bathroom. I fell flat on my face. Trust me, it was just a beer. Oil
