Before I post my entire review, I will give the owners the courtesy of returning my call or responding to my email message and then I will come back here and post my full review. Update Absolutely disgraceful experience at the cash register. I was next in line. A male employee begins speaking with me in Spanish. I politely state that I do not speak Spanish. Employee begins raising his voice and yelling at me while he asks the next customer to step forward completely disregarding me. I asked him for his name and he said “For What?!?!” Again, very politely I explain that I was next and you’re not going to dismiss me because I didn’t understand your question. He ignored me. Female cashier became available. I paid with her and asked her twice for his name. She whispered and then a little louder said his name was “Alzin.” I may be spelling the name incorrectly, but it was the most disrespectful and rude experience I have ever had there. Upon returning home, we realized the order was missing two things, and the food was burnt. After many years of going to Panna in Weston, that will be my last time.
Clean, the food is prepared very fresh at the moment. And the great service ? I recommend it 100
Today I had a dining experience at Panna. I didn't know what to order but from the moment Mr. Emerson waited on us, I knew I would enjoy the food. Emerson was friendly and helpful during our visit. He recommended delicious dishes to us and was willing to answer all of our questions about the menu. Everything was delicious, we will repeat!!!!!
Our visit to PANNA was superb, thanks to Emerson's exceptional service. Emerson's service was top-notch, making our visit super enjoyable. The food was amazing, and the vibe was unexpectedly cozy. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!
The best place for Venezuelan food, the tequeños, empanadas and cachitos, are the best, I have not had luck with the arepas, unfortunately they changed the golfeados that were as good or better than Venezuela, but the people, the attention is exceptional!
