Mcdonald's - Tolleson

It is always extremely slow even when you place a mobile order! they make you park even for a coffee! it is always my last resort to go to that specific mcdonalds.

Breakfast menu was still up and they said they stopped selling breakfast even though they had us on hold for 5m and when we asked when they stopped selling breakfast they said 2m ago you guys which means it’s there fault we didn’t have our breakfast now we starving and the guys in the back are crying asking why we didn’t get breakfast didn’t know McDonald’s would break a innocent child’s heart don’t recommend this location save your $2 and take it else were bye guys nice taking

Today McDonald's they get this good four stars! For once it actually feels like the people actually like their jobs. The quarter pounder we got was nice and fresh and I got two nice hot apple pies taking advantage of the free McFlurry with one dollar purchase. I mean we really could not complain. The staff even seemed cheerful and attentive to customers needs. Faster service the list this visit around is good thanks to everyone for their service.

The young woman who took my order in the drive-thru seemed to dislike her job and was rude. The food was poorly prepared and the fries were cold. I have visited this location a few times and it seems to be a consistent issue.

There isn't much to say about McDonald's. It is a classic, affordable fast food restaurant. Occasionally, this particular location may have one of the drive-thru lanes closed and often ask you to park if you order more than just a drink. They are consistent in their quality and service is usually speedy. Unfortunately, their ice cream machine seems to be out of order frequently.
