Wendy's - Toledo

My son loves Wendy's and the food is usually on point but I swear it's the only place that I think 9 out of 10 times we go through the drive thru that we have to pull up to wait for our chicken nuggets. Thank goodness this crew was nice though. The last time we went through this drive thru which was not long ago the lady at the window gave the worst attitude over us using 2 of those chili coupons you get at the Walleye games. Which we have ALWAYS been able to use in the 4 years that we've had season passes. And this one time we get this one girl who I guess thought that the coupons were coming out of her pay and gave us attitude and said there was no way to take 2 coupons and I said that we do it every time we come through... so she calls a manager .. still with an attitude...who easily took care of it... so instead of saying let me check on this for you.. she IMMEDIATELY slapped on an attitude and ruined our night over a damn chili.. other than that we love our expensive $25.00+ Wendy bill for a 3 person family...lol... fast food sure has gone up!! But for that bacon I got you Wendy's!!

It was the best service I've had in a while the food was very hot and fresh!! It was the longest line I ever waited in a drive thru over 30 min but it was 9pm and everything was closed nearby. They were short staffed with 3 people and one of them was taking a well needed break. SOOOOOOO WORTH THE WAIT THANK YOU!! 10 STARS

Love Wendy's fries, they are fresh cut and always hot. I also love the single with cheese. My kids love Wendy's nuggets and can't forget the frosty!!

Sometimes you can just shake your head. hopefully these people will be replaced by better employees.

I experienced the rudest employee at the drive-thru I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. However, the manager on duty quickly intervened and made things right. The manager was very nice and definitely understands customer service. Kudos to her and thank you!
