Tim Hortons - Toledo

The staff were cheerful, friendly, and polite. The restaurant was spotless. I had assumed that Tim Horton's was only in Canada, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover this location in Ohio. It was just as wonderful as the ones in Canada, with excellent service, a clean environment, and of course, delicious coffee and lemon poppy muffins. Watch out, Starbucks—Tim Horton's has made its way across the border!

I'm eight months pregnant and couldn't decide what I wanted. Eventually, I settled on a water, and I felt the need to apologize for being indecisive, explaining that I was pregnant. When I reached the drive-thru window, the employee named Sincerity had my water ready along with a full cup of ice. He was incredibly kind and understanding, sharing that he was a dad himself and could relate. Such a sweet experience!

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. On one hand, I really appreciate how quickly they take and prepare orders, and the staff is always polite. It's a great location overall. However, I can't stand that every time I visit, all my items come cramped into one small bag. We're talking about a cream cheese bagel, a Boston cream donut, and a muffin—seriously?! Call it my OCD, but this drives me crazy! Plus, I never get even one napkin. I really think they should reconsider their packaging approach and ensure that every customer has access to a few napkins.

The sugar free coffee is fair, but i prefer bigby or Starbucks. The food is ok but not great. My bagel was supposed to be toasted but was soggy and lukewarm. I’ve been there several times and each time my order was correct and timely but just didn’t taste great. I probably won’t go back. To be fair, my friend liked her frozen Oreo drink and said she would order it again.

Fast service, Awesome staff... Very clean inside and outside. 5 stars all the way.
