Shawarmaholic Secor - Toledo

I had my first LAST visit today in shawarmaholic. I am so excited to try this place so that I am extremely disappointed! I ordered a chicken-shawarma wrap and ate the half of this pack before I pull out a long piece of blond hair from my mouth! absolutely unacceptable! I am disgusting, I also called and reported that and the employee or who was answered seemed carefree about my complaining that told me to come tomorrow and he will “see what he can do” in an careless tone. very unprofessional I would not recommend this place!

Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and I I received a wrap with 2 French fries a pickle slice a a little mean with sauce and maybe some feta can't tell because you can't see anything . The taste is bland for being middle eastern cuisine and there is very little to the wrap. I would not come here again after having this be my first experience.

Service was good, but restaurant was dirty looking prep area Their soda machine was not working and the cold drink selection was limited. We wanted Falafel, we were told it wasn't thawed? So thaw it! The salad I had was fresh but only ok. It was prime dinner hour, but we were the only ones in there. The floor under the tables and chairs seemed sticky??

Delicious food! I haven't been here since the 2018 election season, but the quality is still excellent!
