I got a double soup with extra croutons and extra cheese, along with a turkey sandwich and chips for my partner. I went inside to pick up my order at the expected time, and the wait was not too long. The bag was sealed with my name on it, so I couldn't check the order before leaving. As I drove to the next pickup station, I discovered that my turkey sandwich looked amazing, but my soup was missing the croutons and cheese. There was also no spoon and a baguette that I didn't order. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I usually prefer Jersey Mike's. For parking, there is plenty available in the shopping center for those with big vans or who are living the van life. I would recommend checking the bags before leaving to avoid any surprises.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this restaurant in Toledo. It was the best service I have ever had in the food industry. The staff member at the drive-thru was very friendly and efficient, and my food came out quickly. I am a big fan of Panera, so I was thrilled to have such a positive experience here. Keep up the great work!
I decided to order takeout from this restaurant and when I got home, I started eating my soup and preparing my salad. While we were talking, I noticed something strange in my salad - there were 4 pearls and 2 charms from what looked like a necklace or bracelet. It made me feel sick to my stomach! I tried calling the restaurant multiple times throughout the day, but no one answered. I will definitely not be dining at this Panera again.
Consistently gets the orders wrong, whether they make a delivery, picking or a personal order, and hangs on them when they try to call. do not give their reception so that they can prove what they have paid and their delivery orders are canceled sporadically. would not recommend to this panera.
Rude staff pretends not to see you because they have a kiosk. I placed an online order that was supposed to be placed on the shelf for pick up at 6:10 I arrived late on purpose to give extra time (not my 1st online order) and still had to wait another 10 minutes because they don't even put the pick up orders on the shelf they keep them behind the counter. Just say that! Do Better Panera.
