Mcdonald's - Toledo

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. There was a mistake with my order, and they refused to let me exchange it for the correct item. The manager allowed an employee to yell at me, even after I explained that I was the general manager at my own workplace. It's clear that the staff is not being properly managed, which is disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I won a meal deal code through the app, but they accused me of misusing it and refused to refund us. When my wife confronted them about it, the staff was extremely rude and even threw food at her through the window. I strongly advise against going here. Food rating: 1/5.

The trip thru takes 20 to 30 minutes in the morning. Your gracious the staff who show up. comes regularly. Food: 4/5

This McDonald's is doing better than others. I travel around the city quite a bit and I used to love McDonald's. Since COVID though, most seem to be struggling. Closed dining rooms, slow service, botched orders. The competition isn't doing much better though. Good luck.Food: 5/5

Bathrooms need to be cleaned, take a magic eraser to the sinks, they are dirty. Of course the ice cream/shake machine was down.Food: 5/5
