As our group of six ordered drinks, the bartender kept reminding us to hurry up and leave, which was quite off-putting. We later discovered that she was the owner! While the bar itself seemed pleasant and the appetizers looked appetizing, we hesitated to order anything—let alone a second round of drinks—due to the tense atmosphere. If you’re a visitor looking for a fun place to relax, this might not be the spot for you. It was only when we were leaving, and after we apologized for being a bother, that we received any semblance of friendliness from her. It seems the charm of small-town hospitality was missing here. On a positive note, the drink prices were reasonable, and I would have loved to enjoy another round if the experience had been different.

Fast forward several months, we decided to give it another shot. However, when we walked in, we were quickly informed that they close at 2:30 and once again asked how many of us there were. After using the restroom, we chose to leave. For a small-town dive bar, you would think a group of eight would be a pleasant surprise deserving of a warm welcome. From now on, we will be looking for a more friendly small-town dive bar to visit. (Currently stopping at one.)

The food was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return for another meal. I highly recommend their cheeseburgers!
