Arby's - Toledo

Alright, I'll do it with a smile. After a fun night at a high school basketball game, my girlfriends (my mom and cousin) and I decided to make a pit stop at McDonald's to grab some shakes. We were greeted by some helpful McDonald's employees who were also fans of Arby's. We ordered our shakes and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the servings. However, the service was lacking and the generosity we were expecting was nowhere to be found. We were left feeling disappointed and decided that Arby's was no longer on our list of favorite places to eat.

This is one of the better Arby locations in the city. the personal is beautiful and they actually give them freshly prepared food: 4/5

I didn't even come to order because I was not greeted by a cashier until I said something to the group of people laughing and speaking of the hard disk thru. I couldn't even eat on my break.

They have gone down there 3 different paintings between 17 and 19 watches and they are always made of roast meat! the next day to talk to a manager and was not surprised that it was very rude. drive them out of the way to another place before they return to this.

I ordered a beef and cheddar classic, no cheddar on my sandwich and no Arby's sauce. It was just sliced roast beef on a plain bun.They were NOT busy, there was one car at the window and I had to wait over 7minutes just to have them take my order. The car in front of me and myself were the only two cars in the drive through. This Arby's used to be the very best at customer service, your order was always correct and quality was the second to none. I am so disappointed....
