When we saw the menu first, there were many meat options, but the cook came by and asked us what we wanted. she has our vegan / vegetarian needs and it was amazing. I had the portobello mushroom with tofu and the mola with tofu to drink with the minze margaritas.
Recently I ate a wonderful vegetarian option at los consuelos that they should try, especially if they are looking for something tasty. the place has other veg-dishes in the menu they will enjoy. Do not forget to speak with chef anet, they might have a nice recommendation.
