Burger King - Toccoa

Multiple times with maybe one or two other cars in line I've had my order missing half the food or the order wrong in general a few times had to wait up to 25 to 40 minutes in line with maybe 10 other people in said line on two occasions including 10 minutes ago, I was told at the drive thru box they they were temporarily closed with others in line, and have even heard it behind me to the next driver after having just placed my order properly multiple times I've been given my change back or given my food to workers without either gloves and or face masks down to their chins 17/20 times something along those lines will happen. It was pretty exciting knowing one was coming to Toccoa, but after a good while I realized I would of preferred the drive to Lavonia.

Good for lunch/ dinner. Breakfast croissants taste like cleaner ?. Thought maybe it was a fluke, but tried 3 separate times and all tasted that way.

The wait is at least 15 minutes from time from placing order until getting the order at the drive thru. Been to this location at least six times at different times of the day. They need to understand the term of fast food. They are so slow, never been faster than 15 minutes. Never going back again. Go to Wendy's for great food and fast service.

Updated 4/16/2020. Today I thought, it 's been a while Shan doesn 't seem to last long at jobs. I get there, go threw the drive threw, and the first thing I hear is, Welcome to burger king my name is Shan, can I take your order? Please hold. I mean you just said can I take your order. What 's with the please hold? I heard they got a new store manager, but if they don 't take out the trash, nothing really changes. Not only the newest fast food store in Toccoa, but it also carrys the title of worst in Toccoa. 3 out of 4 visits were unsatisfactory. I can get around new business mistakes. My third visit I wanted to go inside to get my to go order. At the front counter was the employee SHAN. I know this person from multiple fast-food resturants in the area. Immediately upon seeing her I went threw drive threw, to avoid her, yet some how she still ended up touching my food. My review was more stars, but after knowing she work 's there, I will no longer be a customer, or anybody I talk to until she is gone. My stars will change once she is gone. Untill then take a small walk down the road to Wendy 's, they 'll show you how fast food is really done.
