Im an active duty vet and this is located in my hometown area that I claim. I visit every few years and the VFW has always made me feel welcomed when I just wanted to be around other soldiers like me or if I'm not comfortable in others bars (PTSD issues). I first came here as a PVT and then a SPC now a SSG and I have always felt welcomed. Hopefully I'll have the chance to drink here again one day. It's got a nice secluded location aong a main road and totally worth the visit.

Great place, respectful people! Super nice bar tenders, gambling, pool tables, music, lots of events, great ways to volunteer for the military supporters and honestly one of my favorite places to go, and I don't even drink to be honest. But everyone that does, loves the VFW too

Great place to visit especially on Wednesdays when it's wing night. Wings are great.
